CANCELLATIONS POLICY

 

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
Please note that once your order has been placed, you can cancel it within 24 hours of placing the order without any charge.

In cases where the order has been dispatched, shipped, or cancellation of order has been requested beyond 24 hours, the cancellation will be treated as a Return, and charges of Rs. 80 will be levied.

In a situation where the customer refuses delivery of the box at their address, or is unavailable at the given address after 3 delivery attempts are made, the order will be marked as 'Customer Refused To Accept', and a charge of Rs. 150 will be levied on the same.

CANCELLATION BY PORO
Please note that there may be some orders that we may be unable to accept. You will be notified regarding the same within 24 hours of placing the order.

REFUND POLICY
In case of returned or cancelled orders, the refund will be done within 10 business working days of us receiving the returned order. This would include time taken by us to inspect your returned product.

The time taken by your payment method/credit card company/bank to process the payment is not included in the time period mentioned above. The amount will be refunded through the same payment method chosen by you while placing an order on PORO.

If you have used an international credit card to make payment, PORO Lifestyle LLP will not be responsible for any transaction charges on the refund issued. We will only refund the amount displayed in INR on our website.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS 
In case of delivery of wrong or damaged product, please write in to us along with Order # and pictures/videos of the wrong or damaged product to contact@myporo.in
If the product is not found to be defective, we will treat it as a Return Order and charges will be levied accordingly.

SHIPPING POLICY
Unless a specific shipping date is mentioned on the product page, all products are dispatched 24 - 48 hours after placing the order.
Once dispatched, delivery may take 2 - 14 business working days depending on the delivery / shipping address.
Shipping & deliveries may be delayed during festive seasons, heavy rains and unforeseen circumstances.
We do not guarantee same day, next day or 2-day delivery.
